I like [name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] with [name_u]Rex[/name_u]. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you pronounce it like day-leah or doll-leah? Either way, it sounds gorgeous. [name_f]Delilah[/name_f] is my second pick. [name_f]Caia[/name_f] is my third.
I really do like all the names on your list though. Those just feel like the strongest ones.
[name_u]Rex[/name_u] is a powerful name.
You might like [name_f]Adelia[/name_f], [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f], [name_u]Ellery[/name_u], [name_f]Lola[/name_f]. I love [name_u]Rex[/name_u] and [name_f]Lola[/name_f] together. It’s very old Hollywood. I guess some people might use those names on their pets too though. sigh

Thanks everyone for your feedback. I love [name_f]Delilah[/name_f] but now I’m worried about using it due to negative associations e.g. Betrayer. Is that too much of a burden for a little girl? I like [name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] a lot too but I just now found out it is pronounced “day-lee-ah” (not dar-lee-ah) which is very similar to a close family members name. Oh dear, not sure what to do now.
I actually really liked [name_f]Celia[/name_f] so it was interesting that just one person preferred that one.

[name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] is pronounced just as it is spelled, dah-lee-ah or dah-lyah if you say it fast.

day-lee-ah is [name_f]Delia[/name_f], with an Italian pronunciation.

Such pretty choices. You can’t go wrong with any of them. And I know a sweet little [name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] who is pronounced “Dollya.” The “h” turns the “a” into a long ahhh sound instead of an “ay” sound. So no worries there!
