[name]Shepard[/name] gets my vote. I don’t like [name]Beau[/name] with [name]Phoebe[/name] because I keep wanting to say Phoebeau instead of [name]Phoebe[/name] and [name]Beau[/name].
[name]Shepard[/name]! My daughter is [name]Phoebe[/name] and [name]Shepard[/name] was on our list. I also liked [name]Thaddeus[/name].

I love both [name]Shepard[/name] and [name]Beau[/name]! I was prepared to say [name]Beau[/name], but I really love [name]Phoebe[/name] and [name]Shepard[/name] together (although I have to say I prefer [name]Shepherd[/name], unless [name]Shepard[/name] is a family name?), and now I don’t know! I honestly really love both–I’ve been trying to get [name]Shepherd[/name] on my list for months (albeit, not very hard, haha. But I would love to use [name]Shepherd[/name] one day!), probably as a MN, and [name]Beau[/name] is on my short list already.
I think my heart is with [name]Beau[/name], but then I see [name]Phoebe[/name] and [name]Shepard[/name], and I just sort of melt inside… and I just couldn’t let it go. ergh. I’m obviously no help.
I vote [name]Shepard[/name], though I would spell it [name]Shepherd[/name] though, it just looks better to me It makes a really cute sib-set with [name]Phoebe[/name] too!
[name]Beau[/name]… it kind of blends into [name]Phoebe[/name] if that makes sense, I think it’s because the last two letters of [name]Phoebe[/name] and the first two of [name]Beau[/name] are the same, where as [name]Phoebe[/name] and [name]Shepard[/name] balance out beautifully.
[name]Shepard[/name]! Sounds cute with [name]Phoebe[/name].
[name]Shepherd[/name] (spelled this way). I just don’t really like the name [name]Beau[/name], no better reason.
Those are both great names. [name]Shepard[/name] feels a little more weighty and grown-up, [name]Beau[/name] a little more young and playful. Though, somehow they both work well with [name]Phoebe[/name]! Tough decision…If it were my own, I’d go with [name]Beau[/name] because it sounds much better with our last name.
I like both names but I feel like [name]Shepard[/name] is better!
OK, so it’s almost unanimous for [name]Shepard[/name]! I like that! Here’s my thing with the spelling: the ‘herd’ part of [name]Shepherd[/name] kind of bugs me. It’s not a family name though (Kind of stressed about this as I always kind of disparage non-family surname names. But [name]Shepard[/name]/[name]Shepherd[/name] isn’t exactly like [name]Prescott[/name] or something, right? Am I rationalizing?), and I just researched and found out that [name]Shepherd[/name] is the most common spelling even for surnames, so I guess I shouldn’t invite spelling confusion. I think what put me on the ‘[name]Shepard[/name]’ spelling was that The [name]Baby[/name] Name [name]Wizard[/name] lists that spelling as the standard, and [name]Shepherd[/name] as variant. Confused now.
[name]Shepherd[/name] and [name]Phoebe[/name]! Oh my goodness, I love this so much!
[name]Shepard[/name] may be a surname and [name]Shepherd[/name] more of a word name? I have always assumed the other spellings were variants from the other sites I have seen.
