If this is for trying to narrow down a name for an actual person my first thought is to narrow down first by the full name you like the best…. Nicknames aren’t guaranteed (to be liked by the actual child or be used by others) so don’t decide based off the favorite nickname.
So going off that my favorite would be [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]. And I do like [name_f]Nora[/name_f] but could also see [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] be a commonly used nn.
Nickname wise I think [name_f]Lily[/name_f] is my favorite but not feeling [name_f]Lillian[/name_f].

[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] get my votes! I’m torn between the two. [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] may be a little less common depending on your location but honestly to me [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] is one of those “popular” names that I really do love. I also do love [name_f]Nora[/name_f] so…sorry, I’m not much help here! 
Flow is a big thing for me, so if one flows better with your last name, that would help me decide!

If you like [name_f]Lily[/name_f] but not [name_f]Lilian[/name_f] it could be [name_f]Lilith[/name_f], liliana, even something like amaryllis, but in my opinion that’s two many flowers

[name_f]Lillian[/name_f] is gorgeous! She’s elegant, very classic, refreshing and had wonderful associations to lilies one of my favourite flowers. Following on from [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] my second favourite is [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] ‘Nora’

it’s just such a darling full name for a girl, and nora is the sweetest, spunky nickname!
It could also just be Lily…. That’d be the best way to get to [name_f]Lily[/name_f]. There’s lots of options. Not a fan of [name_f]Lilith[/name_f]. I was thinking [name_f]Lilianna[/name_f] or [name_f]Lilibet[/name_f]. Was just pointing out I wouldn’t pick a full name when you’re only picking it for the nickname because nicknames aren’t guaranteed…. I’m assuming the OP likes [name_f]Lillian[/name_f].
