Help me love this name

I keep coming back to Willoughby, but I haven’t quite fallen in love with it yet. What do you love about the name?

I would like it as a middle name!
I think it’s strong, sturdy, and traditional but fresh and uncommon at the same time.
It has the surname feel, but without the pretentious vibe that surnamey names sometimes have. I get a nature feel from it, too
I think it would complement a lot of first names, especially short ones.

It’s dramatic but soft, with dashing literary connections. I love it as an unexpected naturey middle, but it would work as a first name too with the accessible nickname [name_m]Will[/name_m] or whimsical Willow.
