So, I revised my newest story and ended up creating basically completely new protagonists. Two of them are currently unnamed though and I’d like some help with their names.
backstory for both
These characters are teenagers who discovered they have rare magical abilities. But unfortunately for them, a few royals also found out about their abilities and felt threatened because these two (+ a few others) seemed powerful enough to overthrow them.
So these characters were subjected to human experimentation and have lived in a lab for many years now, although they’re planning to escape. Their social interaction with others was very limited but they weren’t completely isolated.
Both characters are very traumatized from the things they were subjected to, but have found support in each other and the other protagonists.

Personality description:
They’re very smart, both academically and socially (well, as good as you can be with limited social interaction). They’re very talkative and especially love to explain odd scientific facts to their few friends. They’re not very sensitive or easily annoyed, but quick to notice if others are.
However they’re also very quick to act and impulsive, which sometimes causes trouble.
Their feelings about the experimentation and their upbringing in general are quite conflicting, because they recognize the harmfulness and trauma, yet still have some kind of admiration for some of the people who did horrible things to her.
Their interests include researching all kinds of scientific stuff for fun and hanging out with friends. They also would love to travel but haven’t had opportunities for that.
character 2 (masc or unisex name)
(based on an earlier protagonist of this story so yeah, I’ve posted a similar description before)

Personality description:
This guy is quite introverted and shy, and may seem like a somewhat distant person, but once he warms up to you, he’ll show a sunnier side of himself.
He’s quite good at getting along with different kinds of people although he doesn’t speak much. He’s also distrustful of others because of his trauma, but tries his best to be respectful to them if they don’t do anything suspicious.
He’s also the type of person to learn things quickly and is especially good at anything involving art and creativity. He’s not very good at combat or sports though.
Although he’s planning to escape the lab, he’s somewhat anxious about it because he doesn’t really know a life outside of that and is somewhat worried if a different life would be worse.
