Any suggestions? I am trying to rewrite a modern day [name_m]Romeo[/name_m] and [name_f]Juliet[/name_f], so any name suggestions? I am trying to stear clear of the obvious [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]/[name_f]Juliette[/name_f], [name_u]Julie[/name_u], Julies, and all other J names, or [name_m]Robert[/name_m], [name_m]Roberto[/name_m], [name_m]Romeo[/name_m], and all other R names. I want something completely different from their original names, like rose, lily, luna, or even [name_f]Olive[/name_f] for [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]. (just an example) so, any ideas!? Any and all welcome as well as appreciated. Thank Y’all

[name_f]Maria[/name_f] & [name_u]Antoine[/name_u] “[name_u]Tony[/name_u]”
In seriousness, it would help to know more about the characters (such as background, setting, quirks, traits etc.) to help the process.
At random I picked
[name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] & [name_m]Damien[/name_m]
Good luck!
In reply to emilyva, here are my character descriptions. And thank you both for the name ideas; it seriously helps.
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f]-she is sixteen, opposed to being a younger age in the original story. She is smart, plays a sport, as super strict parents and a brother (name for him undecided at the moment.)
[name_m]Romeo[/name_m]- he’s a bit of a rebel in this story, and doesn’t care too much for school (he just broke up with his girlfriend, so he’s sort of out of it until he meets [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] at he school dance).
[name_m]How[/name_m] this helps:)
What about [name_u]Tristan[/name_u] and [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] ([name_f]Becka[/name_f], [name_u]Beck[/name_u])
Hmm, [name_f]Carys[/name_f] or [name_f]Laurel[/name_f] for [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] and [name_m]Antony[/name_m] or [name_m]Patrick[/name_m] for [name_m]Romeo[/name_m].
[name_f]Paige[/name_f] and [name_u]Noah[/name_u]
