—I also love Philomena Honey and Wilhelmina but Philomena Tulip is so perfect it won out!
—I don’t love Wildflower as a middle compared to the other choices.
—Sylvie Nightingale is so dreamy and I think is the perfect match with her siblings!
—Will you use a nickname for Philomena?
To be honest, I find [name_f]Philomena[/name_f] and especially [name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f] a bit of a mouthful and maybe a bit much.
Can you imagine other children calling out “[name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f]!” across the schoolyard at playtime?
If you have the still beautiful but simpler options of [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f], [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f], [name_f]Viviana[/name_f], [name_f]Evelina[/name_f] and [name_f]Poppy[/name_f], I would definitely pick one of those as a more practical first name choice.
Of the shorter names I love [name_f]Viviana[/name_f] and [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] best
[name_f]Philomena[/name_f] [name_f]Tulip[/name_f]: With a longer name like [name_f]Philomena[/name_f], I think a middle name with fewer syllables is more suitable. [name_f]Philomena[/name_f] [name_f]Tulip[/name_f] is a very beautiful, regal name that would fit any young girl or woman. A perfect name!
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] Nightingale: I almost chose [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] Nightingale, but I’m a sucker for first-middle combos that are five syllables. I think it sounds so melodic. Both names have a wonderful history of usage, and are quite literary.
[name_f]Evelina[/name_f] Wildflower: This name sounds windswept and lovely, like a girl from a [name_f]Willa[/name_f] Cather novel. Slightly quirky and wholly incredible.
Again, [name_f]Philomena[/name_f] [name_f]Tulip[/name_f] is my absolute favorite. [name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f] [name_f]Tulip[/name_f] is a little difficult for me to spell, but I still really, really like it. It reminds me of [name_f]Willodean[/name_f], which I love.
Hmm… it’s close in some cases, but my preferences are:
[name_f]Philomena[/name_f] [name_f]Tulip[/name_f]
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] Nightingale
[name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f] Wildflower
[name_f]Philomena[/name_f] [name_f]Tulip[/name_f]
