I have a soft spot for the name [name_f]Riya[/name_f] - which I pronounce ree-ah - and I love the meaning. I don’t like any of the other spellings I’m afraid.
I would pronounce Rya, rye-ah. I would not pronounce the other spelling rye-ah.
I’d pronounce [name_f]Riya[/name_f], rye-yuh and Rya, rye-uh.

One of my good friends is named [name_f]Raya[/name_f] and she pronounces it like [name_f]Maya[/name_f] with an R. I think that spelling looks the best but she is constantly correcting people. Of your spellings, I like Rya or [name_f]Riya[/name_f] the best and pronounce both like ry-uh.
The one [name_m]Rye[/name_m]- ah I know spells it [name_f]Raya[/name_f], like [name_f]Maya[/name_f] and [name_f]Kaya[/name_f]. She did have the mispronunciation of [name_u]Ray[/name_u] -a sometimes though.
I do like [name_f]Raya[/name_f] too, but dont like it mispronounced like “[name_u]Ray[/name_u]-uh”. But with the popularity of [name_f]Maya[/name_f] / [name_f]Kaya[/name_f] I could see this not being as much of an issue in the future. I like “[name_f]Riya[/name_f]” but DH thinks it looks like “ree-ah” which I think is really pretty too! DH likes “Raiya” but frankly i wouldnt know how to pronounce that if I saw it on paper… Its hard naming a human! glad we have this forum

I would definitely pronounce Raiya like [name_u]Ray[/name_u]-ah.
[name_f]Riya[/name_f] or Rya would work for the pronunciation you are looking for.
You missed one [name_f]Raya[/name_f], or Rayah. That’s how I would instinctively write it out. Out of your choices I’d go with either Raiya or Rya.
