Hi everyone! I absolutely love this name but I’m debating which spelling to go with. Would love to know your thoughts - which would look more natural/correctly spelled.

I would pronounce two of them Ellie-AA-n and one of them Ellie-an. Which pronunciation are you hoping for?

I think [name_f]Eliane[/name_f] looks and flows the smoothest of the three options.

Definitely two Ls since otherwise its too close to [name_f]Elaine[/name_f]
I would pronounce all three versions slightly differently, but happen to prefer [name_f]Eliane[/name_f], which is also the one I’d pronounce the way that you described.
I’d pronounce these 1) Ellie-ayne, 2) Ellie-Anne, and 3) Ellie-ayne. I’d pick the 2nd or third spelling, depending on how you want it pronounced, because the first is easy to mistake for [name_f]Elaine[/name_f].
