Help Please & Thank-you!! (Twin Girls!!)

[name]Dawn[/name] & her husband, [name]Nick[/name] are expecting twins!!! (girl/girl) They will arrive in Mid [name]April[/name], and [name]Dawn[/name] has come to us to help name her girls. She has a lot of family members she could honor, and she already has a son, [name]Nathaniel[/name] [name]Kyle[/name], [name]Nathaniel[/name] from the bible and [name]Kyle[/name] to honor my husband, her brother as I mentioned before. They want to continue the biblical trend somewhere in the name, and are looking for two middle names for each girl. [name]Dawn[/name] and her husband also would like the twins to connect somehow in the names! Thanks!

Could you list some of the family members she wants to honour as a starting point?

What about using [name]Dawn[/name] and [name]Nicole[/name]/[name]Nicola[/name]/[name]Nicolette[/name] (after her husband) as MNs?

Here are some Biblical names:

[name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Nicola[/name] & [name]Rebecca[/name] [name]Dawn[/name]
[name]Hannah[/name] [name]Dawn[/name] & [name]Rachel[/name] [name]Nicolette[/name]
[name]Abigail[/name] [name]Dawn[/name] & [name]Sarah[/name] [name]Nicolette[/name]
[name]Mary[/name] [name]Dawn[/name] & [name]Ruth[/name] [name]Nicola[/name]
[name]Dinah[/name] [name]Nicole[/name] & [name]Leah[/name] [name]Dawn[/name]
[name]Miriam[/name] [name]Nicole[/name] & [name]Naomi[/name] [name]Dawn[/name]

Well I just started with Biblical names that have some connection. [name]Lydia[/name] and [name]Tabitha[/name] are two of my favorite biblical girl names. They are both faithful women from the New Testament. ([name]Both[/name] in the book of Acts). My next favorites are [name]Ruth[/name] and [name]Naomi[/name] (or [name]Mara[/name]). There are also [name]Ruth[/name], [name]Tamar[/name], Rahab, and [name]Mary[/name] that are all in the geneology of [name]Jesus[/name]. Oh and [name]Deborah[/name] and [name]Jael[/name] are both in the story of [name]Deborah[/name] in the book of Judges.

If she was willing to go with Biblical name places then [name]Eden[/name], [name]Bethel[/name], [name]Bethany[/name], or [name]Jordan[/name] would be pretty.

[name]Eve[/name] & [name]Tabitha[/name] [name]Dawn[/name] are my favorites. [name]Esther[/name] & [name]Lydia[/name] were both brave, valiant women.

Be careful with some of the names as their meanings and stories might not be positive. [name]Naomi[/name] (mara) means “bitter”, [name]Tamar[/name] was raped, Rahab was a prostitute, [name]Jael[/name] stabbed a man to death.

My [name]SIL[/name] is liking [name]Eden[/name], [name]Esther[/name] & [name]Abigail[/name] for biblical names, and my name for a middle maybe (thanks sissy :)), which is also from the bible. ([name]Elisabeth[/name]). [name]How[/name] about some non-biblical names that match [name]Nathaniel[/name]? And the biblical names don’t have to be for first names. The girls could both use biblical in their middles, or one could have a biblical for a first, and the other for a middle!

Mommy to 4 beautiful girlies, Auntie to a sweet boy

[name]Love[/name] [name]Nathaniel[/name] and [name]Abigail[/name] together, especially if they went by nicknames [name]Nate[/name] & [name]Abby[/name]! So, what other girl name would fit with those two?

[name]Nathaniel[/name], [name]Abigail[/name] & [name]Elisa[/name] ([name]Nate[/name], [name]Abby[/name] & [name]Ellie[/name] - [name]Elisa[/name] to honor you of course!)
[name]Nathaniel[/name], [name]Abigail[/name] & [name]Bethany[/name] ([name]Nate[/name], [name]Abby[/name] & [name]Beth[/name]/[name]Bess[/name]/[name]Bea[/name] - [name]Bethany[/name] can also honor you!)
[name]Nathaniel[/name], [name]Abigail[/name] & [name]Delilah[/name] ([name]Nate[/name], [name]Abby[/name] & [name]Lila[/name] - oo love this!)
[name]Nathaniel[/name], [name]Abigial[/name] & [name]Lilith[/name] ([name]Nate[/name], [name]Abby[/name] & [name]Lily[/name])
[name]Nathaniel[/name], [name]Abigail[/name] & [name]Tabitha[/name] ([name]Nate[/name], [name]Abby[/name] & Bit)
[name]Nathaniel[/name], [name]Abigail[/name] & [name]Lisbeth[/name] ([name]Nate[/name], [name]Abby[/name] & Lissy)
[name]Nathaniel[/name], [name]Abigial[/name] & [name]Molly[/name]

A cool way to tie the two names together would be to use [name]Eden[/name] & [name]Bethany[/name] as middle names, since they are both place names in the bible! [name]Sela[/name] is also a cool bible place name. [name]How[/name] about:
[name]Abigail[/name] [name]Eden[/name] & [name]Bethany[/name] [name]Sela[/name]
[name]Abigail[/name] [name]Eden[/name] & [name]Delilah[/name] [name]Bethany[/name]
[name]Abigail[/name] [name]Bethany[/name] & [name]Lilith[/name] [name]Eden[/name]

xo [name]Viv[/name]

[name]Eve[/name] [name]Anastasia[/name] [name]Kate[/name] & [name]Sariah[/name] [name]Dawn[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name]
[name]Eden[/name] [name]Georgina[/name] [name]Rose[/name] & [name]Lydia[/name] [name]Miriam[/name] [name]Pearl[/name]
[name]Abigail[/name] [name]Elisa[/name] [name]Caroline[/name] & [name]Esther[/name] [name]Willa[/name] [name]May[/name]
[name]Bethany[/name] [name]Lillian[/name] [name]Jane[/name] & [name]Tabitha[/name] [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Hope[/name]

[name]Abigail[/name]-- [name]Dawn[/name] loves this!

Are there any other family names that could be paired opposite yours? I’m an identical twin myself and I can tell you from experience that everything is put side by side and compared. I can just hear it now “well why does she have a family name from her aunt and the other doesn’t?” So if there is another Aunt or maybe a grandmother or something that they like that would be a great start! [name]Do[/name] they want them to start with the same letter or be of a similar length? My sister and I both have names that start with M, but mine is a single name and hers is a double. It might not matter, but to some twin parents its a positive or negative.

That being said, what about [name]Ruth[/name] as another bibilical name? I love [name]Esther[/name] and [name]Ruth[/name] together because they both tell stories of strong women who follow God and their hearts to protect and honor their families and are rewarded in the end. Also I think they have a similar style to them that makes them sound really nice side by side.

Six names can seem overwhelming without somewhere to start, so I tried to do one historical name, one biblical name and one family name. [name]How[/name] about these:

Abagial [name]Ruth[/name] __________ ([name]Abby[/name])
[name]Abagail[/name] [name]Esther[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name]

[name]Amelia[/name] [name]Esther[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name] ([name]Emmy[/name] or [name]Milly[/name])
[name]Amelia[/name] [name]Ruth[/name] ___________ ([name]Emmy[/name] or [name]Milly[/name])

[name]Louisa[/name] [name]Ruth[/name] __________ ([name]Lucy[/name])
[name]Louisa[/name] [name]Esther[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name] ([name]Lucy[/name])

[name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Ruth[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name]

Some cute nicknames that go well together:
[name]Abby[/name] and [name]Lucy[/name]
[name]Emmy[/name] and [name]Abby[/name]

Any nick names for [name]Eden[/name]? [name]How[/name] do you guys like [name]Eden[/name] & [name]Abigail[/name] ([name]Abbey[/name] or [name]Abbie[/name]) together? If [name]Dawn[/name] goes with these names, ([name]Eden[/name] & [name]Abigail[/name]) one of [name]Eden[/name]'s middles will start with A, and one of [name]Abigail[/name]'s will start with E.

What [name]Dawn[/name] is liking for middles:
[name]Amelia[/name] & [name]Eliana[/name] (connecting, has [name]Lia[/name] and [name]Eli[/name], they are similar)
[name]Alyssa[/name] & [name]Emily[/name] (connecting, has a why in each name, when spelled [name]Emilly[/name],they both have double letters in a row)
[name]Nick[/name]'s sister is [name]Christina[/name] [name]Angeline[/name], and as you know I’m [name]Elisabeth[/name] [name]Shay[/name].
[name]Lina[/name] could be from [name]Angeline[/name],& [name]Shay[/name] could be a way of honoring us. ([name]Eden[/name] [name]Shay[/name] & [name]Abigail[/name] [name]Lina[/name])
Or [name]Angel[/name] and [name]Elissia[/name] ([name]El[/name]-ee-see-ah) as middles, or even as first and [name]Eden[/name] & [name]Abigail[/name] for firsts.

[name]Angel[/name] [name]Eden[/name] * [name]Eden[/name] [name]Angel[/name] * [name]Eden[/name] [name]Lia[/name] * [name]Eden[/name] [name]Alyssa[/name] * [name]Eden[/name] [name]Amelia[/name] * [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Eden[/name] * [name]Elissia[/name] [name]Abigail[/name] * [name]Abigail[/name] [name]Elissia[/name] * [name]Abigail[/name] [name]Eli[/name] ([name]Eli[/name] or [name]Ellie[/name]) * [name]Elissia[/name] [name]Abigail[/name] * [name]Abigail[/name] [name]Eliana[/name] * [name]Abigail[/name] [name]Emily[/name] * [name]Eden[/name] [name]Alyssa[/name] * [name]Abigail[/name] [name]Millie[/name] * [name]Eden[/name] [name]Allie[/name] *

[name]Abigail[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name] and [name]Eden[/name] [name]Angelina[/name]
[name]Abigail[/name] [name]Eliza[/name] and [name]Eden[/name] [name]Angelina[/name] (same number of syllables in both combos)
[name]Abigail[/name] [name]Elise[/name] and [name]Eden[/name] [name]Angeline[/name]
[name]Abigail[/name] [name]Emily[/name] and [name]Eden[/name] [name]Arabella[/name] (same number of syllables again, I feel like because [name]Eden[/name] is shorter than [name]Abigail[/name], her middle should be longer)
[name]Abigail[/name] [name]Emily[/name] and [name]Eden[/name] [name]Ariana[/name]
[name]Abigail[/name] [name]Esme[/name] and [name]Eden[/name] [name]Annelise[/name]
[name]Abigail[/name] [name]Emma[/name] and [name]Eden[/name] [name]Annabel[/name] (double letters in both and same number of syllables)

[name]Hope[/name] that helps!

[name]Eden[/name] could go be [name]Edie[/name]. I love [name]Edie[/name]!! (EE-dee, not [name]ED[/name]-ee). [name]Abbie[/name] and [name]Edie[/name] would be sweet.

Thanks, [name]Dawn[/name] just happens to be here at my place now, and a change in letters- [name]Ariana[/name] [name]Eden[/name] [name]Elise[/name] & [name]Alyssa[/name] [name]Angelina[/name] [name]Eve[/name]. [name]Eve[/name] & [name]Eden[/name] are both biblical, [name]Angelina[/name] honors [name]Nick[/name]'s & [name]Kyle[/name]'s sister, [name]Christina[/name] [name]Angeline[/name], and [name]Elise[/name] is a version of [name]Elisabeth[/name], also a nickname for [name]Elisabeth[/name] (my name). These might be the names she says! [name]Ariana[/name] would be nicknamed [name]Ari[/name] or [name]Ana[/name], abd [name]Alyssa[/name] would be [name]Lyssie[/name] or [name]Allie[/name]!

I love [name]Ariana[/name], and I love the meanings behind [name]Eden[/name] [name]Elise[/name] and [name]Angelina[/name] [name]Eve[/name] and the way one of the middles in both sets is bibilcal, and one middle in both sets honours someone. But [name]Alyssa[/name] just doesn’t look right to me with the beautiful and feminine [name]Ariana[/name]. Plus [name]Ari[/name] and [name]Allie[/name] would be awfully close.

What abour [name]Ariana[/name] and [name]Abigail[/name]? The names are more individual but still sound good together. And [name]Abbie[/name] and [name]Ari[/name] while close, aren’t as much of a tongue twister to say as [name]Ari[/name] and [name]Allie[/name]!

[name]Ariana[/name] [name]Eden[/name] [name]Elise[/name] is absolutely stunning! I adore all 3 names, the flow, the meaning and the alliteraton of [name]Eden[/name] [name]Elise[/name], I just don’t feel quite the same about [name]Alyssa[/name] [name]Angelina[/name] [name]Eve[/name]. It’s a combination of the fact [name]Alyssa[/name] feels a little trendy to me, especially with that y in there, and I don’t like the repeating “a” endings of [name]Alyssa[/name] and [name]Angelina[/name] next to each other.

Part of the beauty of [name]Ariana[/name] [name]Eden[/name] [name]Elise[/name] is how all 3 names have unique ending sounds!

[name]Ariana[/name] [name]Eden[/name] [name]Elise[/name] and [name]Abigail[/name] [name]Angelina[/name] [name]Eve[/name] for me! Or maybe another A name for the second twin that they haven’t considered yet?

[name]Dawn[/name] & [name]Nick[/name] have a desicion to make: [name]Ariana[/name] [name]Eden[/name] [name]Elise[/name] & [name]Alyssa[/name] [name]Angelina[/name] [name]Eve[/name], or [name]Alaina[/name] [name]Eden[/name] [name]Angeline[/name], & [name]Ariana[/name] [name]Eve[/name] [name]Elise[/name]? What to choose?

Thanks berries for all of the help!! - [name]Dawn[/name] Mahrie

Of the two options given, I’d go [name]Alaina[/name] [name]Eden[/name] [name]Angeline[/name] and [name]Ariana[/name] [name]Eve[/name] [name]Elise[/name], but for fairness in length and syllables etc, and just better flow in my opinion, I’d go:

[name]Ariana[/name] [name]Eve[/name] [name]Elise[/name] and [name]Alaina[/name] [name]Angeline[/name] [name]Eden[/name]

All 6 names there are gorgeous, it’s just a matter of pairing them in the best way possible!

I also think [name]Ariana[/name] and [name]Elena[/name] (pronounced like [name]Alaina[/name]) would be gorgeous and both names would look very stylish. [name]Elena[/name] possibly looks a little more sophisticated to me than [name]Alaina[/name].

[name]Ariana[/name] [name]Eve[/name] [name]Elise[/name] and [name]Elena[/name] [name]Eden[/name] [name]Angelina[/name] (that way they both have 2 E names and 1 A name!

Best of luck to [name]Dawn[/name] and [name]Nick[/name]!

[name]Evie[/name] And [name]Eden[/name]
