HELP! Thinking of the name Nico

I really like the name [name_u]Nico[/name_u] but I’m not sure if it sounds more like a nickname. I was hoping to find a longer first name where [name_u]Nico[/name_u] could be the nickname. Any ideas? Also, our last name ends in O and is Spanish sounding. Is it too rhymey sounding?

I really want the middle name [name_m]Hamilton[/name_m] (it’s a family name) but I’m open to changing the first name.

Any suggestions?? I’m 36 weeks and still haven’t come up with something solid. I’m worried the baby will come and we won’t have any good name ideas.

[name_u]Nico[/name_u] Hamiliton?

[name_u]Nico[/name_u] is great on it’s own [name_f]IMO[/name_f]. But a nice long form would be [name_m]Nicolai[/name_m]. I think it’s very handsome. [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m] would work too but the spelling of [name_m]Nicolai[/name_m] really ties in [name_u]Nico[/name_u].

Other [name_u]Nic[/name_u] names that would lead to [name_u]Nico[/name_u] are [name_m]Nicholson[/name_m] and [name_m]Nicolas[/name_m] (and variants of both) but i’m not too keen on either. I love [name_m]Nicolai[/name_m].
Good [name_m]Luck[/name_m]

I love [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m] too but that’s my husband’s brothers name. We were trying to think of something close, but a little different. Niccolo? [name_m]Nikos[/name_m]? Uhh! Boy names seem so much harder than girl names.

Some other formal names for [name_u]Nico[/name_u]:

[name_m]Dominic[/name_m]
[name_m]Finnick[/name_m]
Nicander
[name_m]Nicodemus[/name_m]
[name_m]Nicomedes[/name_m]
[name_m]Yannic[/name_m]

Niccolo is very handsome
