We’re thrilled/ and still somewhat shocked to be welcoming twin daughters into our family after four cherished boys—Felix, [name_m]Elias[/name_m], [name_m]Jude[/name_m], and [name_m]Isaac[/name_m]. Naming these girls has been strangely dauting, and we’re feeling a bit stuck.

These are the names we absolutely love and fully agree on:

[name_f]Beautiful[/name_f] names! Maybe [name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Thea[/name_f] or [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Nina[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. Good luck!
[name_f]Beautiful[/name_f] names! Maybe [name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Thea[/name_f] or [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Nina[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. Good luck!
Your boys ’ names are wonderful together, and you have a great list for the girls. [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite pair to complete the whole set would be [name_f]Margot[/name_f] & [name_f]Nina[/name_f].
I love [name_f]Nina[/name_f] and [name_f]Margo[/name_f] together, and I absolutely love them with your boys names. They all have something in common in that they are all recognizable but they still carry a nice flare, and for some reason [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Nina[/name_f] just happen to share that level of uniqueness with the boys. I’m not really sure how my brain measures that, but if they were all puzzle pieces I just feel like [name_f]Nina[/name_f] and [name_f]Margo[/name_f] would fit together with the rest to make the best picture. Like the rest of the girl names are beautiful but would for better with another puzzle set. Idk
Congratulations!! I love your boys’ names [name_f][/name_f] I don’t think you can go wrong here but my favorite pairing is the sweetly vintage [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] & [name_f]Thea[/name_f]!
You have a great list. I can see why it would be hard to choose. I think all these names could be mixed and matched in wonderful ways.
[name_f][/name_f]
One thing I’d do to narrow my options in this situation is to choose a pair with different ending sounds, as you’ve done with your sons. I prefer twins to have very distinct names to minimise confusion. So given the flexibility to choose, I wouldn’t put [name_f]Willa[/name_f], [name_f]Nina[/name_f] and [name_f]Thea[/name_f] together.
[name_f][/name_f]
So with that said, the ideal matches for me are:
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] + [name_f]Thea[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- [name_f][/name_f] Wispy and light, and a touch of magic
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Nina[/name_f] + [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- Sweet and enduring classics that carry quiet confidence (4 letters each feels quite neat too)
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Nina[/name_f] + [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- [name_f]Bright[/name_f] and lively, with cosmopolitan vibes
[name_f][/name_f]
While [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] + [name_f]Thea[/name_f] is my favourite pair of all your options, I find the beginning sound of [name_f]Thea[/name_f] quite similar to [name_m]Felix[/name_m] so that would give me pause.
[name_f][/name_f]
If I had to give my support to just one name on your list, it would be [name_f]Nina[/name_f] because she feels incredibly versatile and complements your sons so well. Hmm… now I’m really feeling [name_f]Nina[/name_f] + [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f].
[name_f][/name_f]
On a final note, it seems completely natural that you would feel daunted this time around. Twins are a shock and naming twins is a very particular challenge. However, you have names you both love and agree on, so you’re in a really good position. I find time tends to sort these things out, and it’s likely one or two names will rise to the top as you settle in and get closer to meeting your daughters.
Congratulations!! [name_f]My[/name_f] favorites are [name_f]Nina[/name_f] and [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] or [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f].
Out of all your names [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] seems to be the one I am pairing most with the other girls’ names in my head! I also feel like [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is such a beautiful and classic name that it’s just easily able to pair with almost any name!
