I really like them both. I slightly prefer [name_u]Luca[/name_u]. [name_m]Mateo[/name_m] (this spelling is nicer in my opinion) is often spelled [name_m]Matteo[/name_m]. So, just as a way to be nit-picky, the two common ways to spell the same name could get annoying.
