My husband and I are not finding out the gender for baby #2, we are having a little difficulty narrowing down our baby names! Our daughters name is [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] (but we pronounce it like [name_f]Ofelia[/name_f]) and her nn is Pheli (pronounced Faylee rhymes with [name_u]Haley[/name_u])… Anyways here are our favorites, which would you pick? Any Middle name suggestion?
Boys
[name_m]Soren[/name_m] - we are worried that it might be to close to her middle name wren but then again maybe not-plus i cant think of a good nn.
[name_u]Sullivan[/name_u]
[name_u]Flynn[/name_u]- we are worried this one will get to popular
Girls
[name_f]Eira[/name_f] - we would say it eye-ra, this is my favorite but im worried ppl will think of the old man name
[name_u]Finley[/name_u] - again worried itll get to popular
[name_f]Ailish[/name_f] - We would say Aye-lish… we cant decide if this one is to unique
[name_u]Finley[/name_u] is way too close to Pheli imo. I like [name_f]Eira[/name_f] the best. Its very pretty, and I love the meaning.
From your boys list [name_m]Soren[/name_m] goes wonderfully with [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f].
Are you open to name suggestions?
I love [name_m]Soren[/name_m] and think it is PERFECT with [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]. I think [name_m]Soren[/name_m] is great without a nn, but [name_u]Ren[/name_u] would work well. Of your girls names, I like [name_f]Eira[/name_f] best. [name_u]Finley[/name_u] is too close too Faylee and it seems a bit unisex trendy next to beautiful [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]. [name_f]Eira[/name_f] made me think of [name_f]Mira[/name_f] which would be beautiful with [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]. Another that popped into my head is the Irish name [name_f]Nuala[/name_f] (nool-la).
