[name]Eden[/name] (Would the NN [name]Denny[/name] work with this?) - I like the name [name]Eden[/name]; it sounds refreshing to me. But I don’t like the nn [name]Denny[/name]. Too boyish and reminds me of breakfast food.

[name]Erin[/name] - Cute!
[name]Esme[/name] - Ruined by the Twilight association. But I don’t even like it in the first place.
[name]Evangeline[/name] - [name]Lovely[/name] and elegant, but rather heavy and it has a strong religious association as well.
[name]Evelina[/name] - I don’t like it.

[name]Eden[/name] is my favorite name for a girl–with the nn ‘[name]Edie[/name]’.

I also like [name]Ellen[/name] & [name]Elisabeth[/name] a lot…I just do!

I love:
[name]Eden[/name] (I would go with [name]Edie[/name] as a nn- [name]Denny[/name] just reminds me of the restaurant, sorry!)
[name]Eloise[/name]: love love love! I would name a daughter this in a heartbeat if it were not already my niece’s name!

I like:
[name]Eleanor[/name]- beautiful name, just on the popular side!
[name]Emily[/name]- popular, but with good reason: it’s so pretty!

Maybe you would like:

There are so many lovely “E” names! You touched on a few.

[name]Eden[/name] (Would the NN [name]Denny[/name] work with this?)–[name]Eden[/name] is beautiful! The nn [name]Denny[/name] is way too masculine for such a feminine, lovely name like [name]Eden[/name].
[name]Elaina[/name]–[name]Love[/name] the name, but prefer [name]Elena[/name]
[name]Elani[/name]–Hmmm…not sure how I feel about this one…
[name]Eleanor[/name]–It’s okay. A little dated…
[name]Elizabeth[/name]–Classic, but gorgeous! (I might be bias–this is my middle name!)
[name]Ellen[/name]–Very cute!
[name]Ellison[/name]–Too masculine to me
[name]Eloise[/name]–Not a fan of this one! Sorry!
[name]Elspeth[/name]–Ehhh…it’s okay.
[name]Emelyn[/name] (Pronounced em-uh-lyn)–[name]Love[/name] this name and pronunciation but prefer spelling [name]Emmeline[/name]
[name]Emma[/name]–Very cute! A little to trendy, but it’s an adorable name!
[name]Emily[/name]–I know wayyy too many [name]Emily[/name]'s, and I’ve never liked this name…(Maybe it’s my age because it was trendy the year I was born–I’m 16)
[name]Emmeline[/name] (Pronounced em-uh-leen)–See [name]Emelyn[/name]
[name]Esme[/name]–Very cute
[name]Evangeline[/name]–One of my all-time favorite names! Definitely my favorite on this list!
[name]Evelina[/name]–Would this be pronounced EEV-[name]LEE[/name]-na or E-va-[name]LEE[/name]-na?

For what it’s worth, I’ll try to pick favorites and review a few others:

[name]Eden[/name]. [name]Love[/name] it. Hate [name]Denny[/name].
[name]Elaina[/name]. More interesting ways to get at this as [name]Elaine[/name] is one of those names with dozens of variations. (In fact it is really [name]Helen[/name].) This one plays like the neurotic character on Seinfeld, plus an ‘a.’ I like [name]Elin[/name], unless the [name]Tiger[/name] Woods fiasco made it too tragic for you.
[name]Elani[/name]. Seems tweaked although it could be perfectly legitimate in some language or another.
[name]Eleanor[/name]. Beautiful. Classic. Lots of cute nns. A choice that will wear well for a lifetime.
[name]Elise[/name]. Probably my favorite at the moment. What about [name]Eliza[/name]? Another great variation on this theme.
[name]Elizabeth[/name]. I. [name]Just[/name]. [name]Love[/name]. It. Not even popularity can dim its bright charm for me.
[name]Ellen[/name]. I can’t warm up to this name. But I’m the one out of step, so pay no attention.
[name]Emmeline[/name]. I like this variation on the [name]Emma[/name] theme. It is not so wildly popular.
[name]Emma[/name]. Darling. If you don’t mind the baggage of a Number One Name.

I also like the idea of using the French word [name]Elan[/name] as a name. Not completely sure of pronounciation. I’ll get back to you. It’s late. I have a Thanksgiving dinner to cook.

[name]Eden[/name]- [name]Love[/name] this name. I think [name]Denny[/name] would be a very cute nickname but I like [name]Edie[/name] too.
[name]Elaina[/name]- pretty
[name]Elise[/name]- One of my favorites I think it sounds classy.
[name]Elani[/name]- [name]How[/name] is it pronounced?
[name]Elizabeth[/name]- A nice classic and I love all the nickname options
[name]Eleanor[/name]- [name]Love[/name] it.
[name]Ellen[/name] - Nice and simple
[name]Ellison[/name]- I don’t care for it.
[name]Eloise[/name]- This has really grown on me. I think it’s spunky.
[name]Elspeth[/name]- It’s too different for me.
[name]Emelyn[/name]- Nice sound but for some reason I don’t care for the spelling.
[name]Emma[/name]- [name]Love[/name] it!
[name]Emily[/name]- Nice but I like [name]Emma[/name] a lot more.
[name]Emmeline[/name]- Very cute
[name]Erin[/name]- Alright but I find it a bit boring compared to the other names.
[name]Esme[/name]- spunky and sweet.
[name]Evangeline[/name]- I think it’s beautiful. [name]Evie[/name] is cute for a nickname.
[name]Evelina[/name]- It’s pretty but I really prefer [name]Evelyn[/name]

Thanks for your opinions!

[name]Elani[/name] (or rather [name]Eleni[/name] - guess I had the wrong spelling!) is pronounced el-en-nee.
[name]Evelina[/name] is pronounced eh-vuh-lee-nuh.
