Help with Names?

Hello everyone! It’s Alastair again lol.
I need some help with names. I am having a hard time figuring out a good name for an MC in my current story. I am working on a story called “The Aetherial Repository”.

It is about a magical library set in a world that is hidden within the real world. While centuries ago, it was a library, in the modern day, it has since been used as a teaching institution to those of the magical and non-magical.

I don’t have much of a plot yet and while I do need help with that, I currently need a bit more help with naming the MC. I’ve decided that she is one of the magical students that go to this institution and throughout the story, she has some sort of special connection to the library-turned-institute because it is speaking to her via ancient magic, drawing her in to figure out and learn all the deep dark secrets about the place.

I don’t have a lot of ideas on what her appearance looks like. But I picture her as a girl that has long curly black hair, violet-blue eyes, black round-rim glasses (she doesn’t wear them), and has clear pale-ish porcelain skin. She probably dresses gothic but in a more dark academic/victorian way. She has a twin brother that I was thinking would be named Alexei but I’m not quite sure yet. I need help in naming her twin brother as well. If I go with Alexei for her brother I wanted a name for her that is similar in vibes to his name, one that is more connected to Greek or Russian roots.

If you could also provide surnames for this set of twins that would be great. I appreciate the help!

Update: I decided to have the MC’s name be Sibyl. Now I need help with the name of the guy who decided to change the library into an institution for magic and non-magic users to study at. I haven’t any appearance ideas for this guy because this happened centuries ago. I would just like any names that you all can think of. I appreciate all the help!
