Help with protagonist name!

Hi everyone!
It’s sure been a while since I’ve been here on Nameberry - mostly because I’ve been busy writing a novel which has been progressing really well. I’m on my second draft of that, but on the side, I’m working on outlining and developing a second book idea which I’ve had for almost as long. I’ve got a handle on the plot, but I’m at a loss as to what to do for the main character’s name.
Without giving too much away, physical description wise, she’s a redhead with large light eyes (intersecting light blue / green / grey), hair falls to her shoulders. 5’4 ish. Ivory skin with freckles. Full lips, defined Cupid’s bow.
Personality: Intelligent, on the the introverted side, loves books, reading and writing, thoughtful, takes a long while to open up, gentle & kind. Reflective rather than bubbly.
Insecurity would be her biggest flaw.

My worry is choosing something too common or stereotypical. I don’t want her name to blend into a swathe of other characters with the same name. I want something familiar, but distinguishable.

I think she’d fit:
Carys
Elizabeth
Carissa
Imogen
Louisa
Iris or Ivy
Amanda or Miranda (unlikely to use Miranda as other protagonist has M name)
Alice or Alicia

Thoughts on these would be greatly appreciated! Plus, any other suggestions you may have :blush:

I like [name_f]Carys[/name_f] and [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] most from your list. She definitely would suit [name_f]Carissa[/name_f] but that one feels a little low impact, like I might easily forget it? [name_f]Corliss[/name_f], [name_f]Larissa[/name_f], [name_f]Calista[/name_f] or [name_f]Catrinel[/name_f] as alternatives?
