[name_f]Agnes[/name_f] has a lovely, old-fashioned vintage-chic vibe. I have a friend named [name_f]Agnes[/name_f] and had a teacher named [name_f]Agnes[/name_f] once and neither have had trouble with their name. They’ve always just gone by [name_f]Agnes[/name_f], no nickname. I wouldn’t use a nickname myself but if I did I prefer [name_f]Nessie[/name_f] to [name_f]Aggie[/name_f].
I really like [name_f]Agnes[/name_f] but don’t like [name_f]Aggie[/name_f] as a nickname!
And oh man–did I love The [name_m]Saint[/name_m]. Such a good movie.
I like it. It’s not my favorite.
It’s not my taste.
[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Agnes[/name_f], love [name_f]Aggie[/name_f]. I know of a little girl with the name [name_f]Agnes[/name_f] [name_u]Lou[/name_u] which is just adorable.
I love [name_f]Agnes[/name_f], I think it’s simple, versatile, cute and ages very well on a woman. I would call an [name_f]Agnes[/name_f] Ness or [name_f]Nessie[/name_f] if little or at home. I would add it to my list if husband wasn’t so opposed to it.
Haha! This is a great way to put that category of name. They are a bit clunky.
I actually think [name_f]Agnes[/name_f] is quite darling and refreshing.
[name_f]Agnes[/name_f] to me is just ok. Pretty, but not a standout. I prefer [name_f]Agatha[/name_f].
I have always disliked [name_f]Agnes[/name_f]. It sounds old, hard and frumpy to me.
