Number 2 due in 3 weeks and we aren’t aure what we are having. Boys are sorted… If a girl, my two favourite names are [name_f]Olive[/name_f] and, more recently, [name_f]Clover[/name_f]. I really like [name_f]Clover[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f], [name_f]Clover[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] and [name_f]Clover[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] (nn [name_f]Cece[/name_f] pehaps? Hubby hates this last combo especially though)!
[name_m]Just[/name_m] wondering what people’s thoughts are on the name [name_f]Clover[/name_f] for a little girl?
Also, i have a daughter named [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]. Is this too nature-y, or is it a nice combo in your opinion?

I really like [name_f]Clover[/name_f] and wanted to use it for ages. My boyfriend isn’t keen though.
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] and [name_f]Clover[/name_f] are very nature themed but also very cute. [name_f]Poppy[/name_f], [name_f]Clover[/name_f] and [name_f]Olive[/name_f] make a cute sib set altogether so you could revisit [name_f]Olive[/name_f] next time (or [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] for a future boy).
I like [name_f]Olive[/name_f] or [name_f]Clover[/name_f] really.
I would use [name_f]Clover[/name_f] [name_f]Marin[/name_f] or [name_f]Clover[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] instead of [name_f]Clover[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] as they’re a bit more sophisticated (a lot of people will say clover is childish).
[name_f]Clover[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] is cute but a bit youthful so I can understand why your partner wouldn’t like it.
[name_f]Clover[/name_f] [name_f]Camille[/name_f] has the CC initials also.
I don’t like [name_f]Clover[/name_f] for a baby… sorry… it sounds like a pet name to me. Make me think of a little fluffy calf or something

But regardless of that, no, I think it is fine for both your girls to have nature themed/styled names. [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] and [name_f]Clover[/name_f] are very different sounding, and don’t clash at all.

I love [name_f]Poppy[/name_f], but [name_f]Clover[/name_f] is not for me either. I think it might be hard to take an adult [name_f]Clover[/name_f] seriously.
