What are your honest thoughts on the name Zane for a boy? It’s the only name my husband is in love with. I almost like it, but I’m not sure. What impression does it give you?

[name_m]Zane[/name_m] isn’t a favourite of mine however I can see the appeal it’s short, sleek, fashionable with a cool futuristic sound.

i really like zane! it’s never been on my list before but i have a really nice association with it, and while it’s uncommon, it has a familiar sound and spelling.

I love [name_m]Zane[/name_m]. Not a fan of alternate spellings like [name_m]Zayn[/name_m] though.

I quite like [name_m]Zane[/name_m]. I probably wouldn’t use it, because I tend to prefer heftier names, but there is something about its breeziness that I enjoy.

I’ve always really liked [name_m]Zane[/name_m]. I think it’s a name with broad appeal & @GreenEyes375 has nailed it with their description, I’d definitely consider it a sweet spot name!

I adore [name_m]Zane[/name_m] and it is definitely one of my top choices for a future son. It feels strong, capable, cool, and approachable all wrapped in one. I can picture it on a baby, a teen, an adult, and an old man. It is a lovely sweet spot name

I love [name_m]Zane[/name_m] a lot (though I’m a bit biased about this because I named one of my characters [name_m]Zane[/name_m] haha 
) it’s short, sweet, easy to say and spell, and I think it’s wearable on any age; and pretty modern too!

[name_f]My[/name_f] initial response was that it feels dated, but the more thought I give it, I feel it can be revived well. It is simple and sharp.
