Opinions on the name [name_f]Honesty[/name_f] (I know 2)

I’m not a big fan personally, the ‘nesty’ sound doesn’t appeal to me. However, as far as virtue names go, I think it’s a good virtue! It reminds me a bit of [name_u]Honor[/name_u], which I really like.

I don’t mind it! I think I’d prefer it in the middle, personally.

I think if it were more common I might like it but it does stand out to me as being a bit odd. I like the sound. Hon or Hun would be a sweet pet name.

That’s one way of making your child scared of lying and perhaps even causing inner conflicts that lead to mental health problems…

I agree that the ending doesn’t sound appealing to me as a name for some reason, but I love the name [name_u]Honor[/name_u] and have that on my list!

I mean, it’s over-the-top. Too much. A lot to bestow on a child.

Same. I’d worry she’d be teased by her classmates about it every time too.

I do, however, like [name_f]Verity[/name_f]. It means truth so in a way kinda related to [name_f]Honesty[/name_f] and seems a lot more bearable.

I agree. It’s a lot of name for an adult, let alone a child. [name_u]Honor[/name_u] is a good alternative.
