I am enamored of the idea that Deara can be nn. I came across [name_f]Adira[/name_f] uh-DEER-uh and that will work, I guess but something about it doesn’t feel quite good enough…do you know any names where Deara would work as a nn?
[name_f]My[/name_f] first thought was Deianeira (you know, from the greek mythology). I actually like this name. 
[name_f]Adhara[/name_f] (it’s a star from canis major)
Fn+mn combination, e.g,. [name_f]Delilah[/name_f] [name_f]Arabelle[/name_f].
[name_f]Indira[/name_f] works! ^^
I was also going to suggest [name_f]Indira[/name_f]! It’s beautiful. [name_f]Nadira[/name_f] & [name_f]Sadira[/name_f] also come to mind!

I pronounce it “dear-ah” like the term of endearment “Dear”
[name_f]Desiree[/name_f] [deh-seh-ray-uh] is SO pretty. And Deara would work with that well. So may pretty names that are hard to express in English! 
I thought about [name_f]Indira[/name_f] but not [name_f]Deirdre[/name_f] or [name_f]Nadira[/name_f], both of which I like and can work with. Thanks, Berries!
