How do you add favorite names to your post?

I noticed in some posts that users list their favorite names or their kids names. [name_m]How[/name_m] can I do that to my posts?

(Hopefully I’ll help but I warn you that I am horrific at giving instruction ;P)

Go to your profile and once you’re there, click settings. Once under settings there will be a list on the left hand side of things you can change. Under the “my profile” section click on “edit signature”. Type in what you wish, make it pretty, and voila!
