[name_m]How[/name_m] would YOU pronounce [name_f]Ellena[/name_f]
I’d pronounce it [name_f]Elle[/name_f]-en-uh (like the name [name_f]Ellen[/name_f], with “uh” on the end.)
W/2 L’s, [name_f]Ellen[/name_f]-uh. [name_f]Elena[/name_f] would be [name_f]El[/name_f]-AY-nuh.
I’d say it as Eh-[name_m]LAY[/name_m]-na
[name_f]ELL[/name_f]-en-uh would be my first guess, then [name_f]Ell[/name_f]-EN-uh (slight shift in emphasis - though I’d go for that first if it was a double N). I wouldn’t go for [name_f]El[/name_f]-AY-nuh with the double L at all.
[name_f]Ellen[/name_f]-uh. [name_f]Helena[/name_f] without an H.
I’d think it was a cre8tiv spelling of [name_f]Elaina[/name_f]
[name_f]Ellen[/name_f]-uh would be my guess.
Yeah, I’d also pronounce it [name_f]Ellen[/name_f]-uh.
I prefer [name_f]Elena[/name_f] (Eh-lay-na).
I’d pronounce it [name_f]El[/name_f]-[name_m]LAY[/name_m]-na
I would pronounce it [name_f]EL[/name_f] -[name_m]LEN[/name_m] -UH.
[name_f]El[/name_f]-lee-nuh
Without seeing the other responses: [name_f]Ellen[/name_f]-uh. Fwiw I say [name_f]Elena[/name_f] el-AY-nuh
Since there are two L’s, I’d say [name_f]ELL[/name_f]-en-uh. If it were spelled [name_f]Elena[/name_f] I’d say el-AY-nuh.
i would pronounce it ell-en-uh, I also know a girl named [name_f]Elena[/name_f], and she pronounces it
ell-en-uh. I wouldn’t pronounce it with an “a” sound unless it was spelt like [name_f]Elaina[/name_f].
Like [name_f]Helena[/name_f] without the H. If you want the el-AY-na pronunciation, then spell it [name_f]Elena[/name_f], or [name_f]Elaina[/name_f] x
I would say it el-EH-nah
