I say [name_m]AL[/name_m] (like [name_m]Albert[/name_m]) ah rick. I’m not sure if that’s like the first option or not? I was thinking it was more like “ah” as in the first syllable of [name_f]Alina[/name_f], but maybe you meant more like [name_m]Albert[/name_m]? Or I could just be saying it totally wrong lol.
I go by the way I first ever heard this name which was on the movie The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones and they pronounced it like [name_m]Al[/name_m]-er-ick ([name_m]Al[/name_m] like in [name_m]Alvin[/name_m])
I say it as A(like in apple)-luh-rick.
This is how I pronounce it as well. It didn’t really line up for me with your options so I chose “something else entirely”.
I pronounce it [name_m]Ah[/name_m]-lar-ic, like they do on the tv show The Vampire Diaries. [name_u]Love[/name_u] this name!!
Same here. I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] the name, but this is the only pronunciation I like. Here’s a video of him saying his name just for reference:
I thought the first option, but I selected the third because I put more emphasis on the middle part. So like ah-LAR-ick. Like [name_m]Alaric[/name_m] Saltzman from The Vampire Diaries.
I say a-LAH-rick.
I say [name_m]AL[/name_m]-ar-ik.
[name_m]AH[/name_m]-LAR-ICK is how i would pronounce it - based on vampire diaries ha
I’ve always pronounced it Uh-LAIR-ick, but I’m not sure I’ve been pronouncing it correctly. I could also see it being pronounced Uh-LAR-ick. But I never would’ve guessed it would be pronounced AL-ar-ick. Maybe I’m pronouncing it wrong?
