Hey! I am struggling to figure out how to spell [name_u]Leighton[/name_u]/Leyton/Layton. How do you think that I should spell it?
The other names are:
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Katelyn[/name_f] (who goes by [name_f]Livvy[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f])
[name_u]Tatum[/name_u] [name_f]Paige[/name_f] ([name_u]Tate[/name_u])
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_u]Parker[/name_u]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Mae[/name_f]
I like the idea of it having a “y” in it but what do you guys think looks/is better?
I wanted to do a vote but i couldnt figure out how to do that!!!
I would go for [name_m]Layton[/name_m]. It’s the most intuitive and feminine spelling for that pronunciation, I think, much like [name_u]Payton[/name_u].

I actually prefer [name_u]Leighton[/name_u] on a girl and [name_m]Leyton[/name_m]/Layton on a boy

I also voted for [name_u]Leighton[/name_u]! I always prefer the longer spelling or ones that steer away from y’s in place of vowels. [name_m]Just[/name_m] my own personal preference; however, I agree that [name_m]Layton[/name_m] may be more intuitive.
I like [name_u]Leighton[/name_u] and I think it’s easy enough to pronounce first try if anyone is familiar with the word sleigh. Same thing just different beginning letter! It’s a beautiful name and works well with your other names! You’ve done a great job.

Definitely [name_u]Leighton[/name_u]. While I don’t mind alternative spellings, I think [name_u]Leighton[/name_u] looks the best.
