[name]Olympia[/name]? I have really taken a shine to this name and I cannot seem to get it out of my head. Our family has a long line of athletes in it so I think the connection to the Olympics is a nice way to honor that. [name]Do[/name] you think it is too heavy or too out there to use nowadays or can it actually work?
I think it’d make an awesome middle name. Up front, I’d say it’s borderline, just for being a bit over the top.
I think that it would be refreshing to see this name up front! It is a heavy name but not to much. The nicknames [name]Pia[/name] and O also make it more wearable.

I think that it is totally usable! It is interesting and really pretty. Also, totally on trend (a la [name]Athena[/name] and [name]Atticus[/name] which are both in the top 1000 in the US).

[name]Olympia[/name] is fine either as a first name or mn. It never hurt actress [name]Olympia[/name] Dukakis and the ex-[name]King[/name] [name]Constantine[/name] of Greece has a granddaughter named [name]Maria[/name] [name]Olympia[/name]. Yes, it would be a bold choice but if other Greek names like [name]Penelope[/name] and [name]Daphne[/name] are ok, then why not [name]Olympia[/name]?
I knew an [name]Olympia[/name] once. I liked the name. She was spunky and fun, which I thought fit with her name well. These days, it is even better - following the ancient Greek/[name]Roman[/name] name trends and the [name]OL[/name] sound.
I think it’s a bold choice and might be a bit too heavy for a first name, however I love the nicknames [name]Ollie[/name] and [name]Pia[/name] with it! It could definitely work especially with all the other Greek themed names out there.
I like it quite a bit, actually. It’s been on my long list for a few years. I like [name]Olympe[/name] as well… perhaps a little more, actually, I find it a little bit more usable, but I’m not sure why.
[name]Olympia[/name] is bold, but I like it! The similarity to [name]Olivia[/name] helps make it more wearable.
