I have a coworker with that name and she pronounces it [name_m]Ah[/name_m]-leesh-ah. [name_m]Just[/name_m] as the same you would with [name_f]Alicia[/name_f].

I would assume most people would want it pronounced [name_f]Ell[/name_f]-[name_u]LEE[/name_u]-see-ya, but I actually like the sound of the liss, like eh-LISS-“e”- a.
