This is how I would pronounce these as well from the American Midwest. Growing up I had a friend named [name_m]Matthias[/name_m] pronounced muh-THIGH-us, so that is my natural pronunciation.
Matthis–Probably MATH-iss? I haven’t heard this one before, so I’m not sure. I think that would be my instinct though.
[name_m]Matthias[/name_m]–muh-TEE-iss, just because I’ve known a couple with that pronunciation–I wouldn’t be surprised to hear something different, though!
