“Rah-muh-lee” Kind of like [name_f]Emily[/name_f] with “raw” in the front. I’m in the southern US as well.
I’ve always assumed it was [name_f]RO[/name_f]- milly, with a heavy emphasis on the [name_f]RO[/name_f] sound.
