I love this pronunciation but I don’t know how I would spell it, without it being spelled [name_f]Alicia[/name_f] (it would create confusion between ah-liss-e-ah and ah-lee-sha).
Would you spell it [name_f]Alyssia[/name_f], [name_f]Alisia[/name_f], [name_f]Elysia[/name_f] or something different? Thanks.

I’d spell it [name_f]Alicia[/name_f] ([name_f]Alice[/name_f] with an -ia on the end!) because people I know with this spelling pronounce their names ‘ah-liss-e-ah’. Girls I know with the ‘ah-lee-sha’ pronunciation have their names spelt [name_f]Alesha[/name_f]/[name_f]Alisha[/name_f]/[name_f]Aleesha[/name_f]. From the other options you have I like [name_f]Alyssia[/name_f] and I think it’s also the one with the most obvious pronunciation.
I would spell it [name_f]Alicia[/name_f] or [name_f]Alisia[/name_f].
[name_f]Alyssia[/name_f] and it’s gorgeous. [name_f]Elysia[/name_f] doesn’t even make sense, it’s pronounced [name_f]Elle[/name_f]-ysia

There’s the lovely italian [name_f]Alessia[/name_f]. I believe it is pronounced [name_m]Ah[/name_m]-LESS-ee-ah, similar to [name_f]Alyssa[/name_f].
Thank you guys, I think I might go with [name_f]Alyssia[/name_f] (as I love the name [name_f]Alyssa[/name_f] but the pronunciation ah-liss-e-ah more, it would make sense). I was oblivious to the name [name_f]Elysia[/name_f]'s actual pronunciation, I was just throwing out different spellings for it so thanks to whoever cleared that up. 
I’d go with [name_f]Alyssia[/name_f].

[name_f]My[/name_f] fav would be Alissea or [name_f]Alyssia[/name_f]. I think the double ‘s’ makes it stand out from all the other names it could easily be confused with.
