Like [name]Elena[/name]? If that’s how you’d pronounce it, but with an M, I’d spell it [name]Melena[/name] or [name]Malena[/name]. Otherwise, [name]Malayna[/name]. Any of them work, I think people would get the gist

Probably [name]Milena[/name]. Some people may mispronounce it as mill-en-uh but I’d say it is muh-lay-nah.
