Ok, never in a million years did I think I would be having a girl. I’ve ALWAYS wanted a baby girl, but just kind of wrote it off. (5 generations of only boys in DH’s, i’m one of 3 girls out of 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, and I have 2 boys.) ANYWAY, I found out yesterday that i’m having a girl (YEAH!!) BUT DH and I aren’t finding many names we both like, so I wanted to get y’alls opinion on what types of names might appeal to both of us based off our lists so far. I think I’m going o have a hard time with this, I can’t imagine finding a name perfect enough for this little girl I never thought i’d get to have!
I like [name]Hadley[/name] and [name]Vivienne[/name] from your list, [name]Natalia[/name], [name]Elodie[/name], [name]Madeline[/name], [name]Simone[/name] and [name]Zoe[/name] from your husbands and [name]Violet[/name] and [name]Aurora[/name] from the list you both like. Without knowing your boys names, I think [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Eden[/name] or [name]Hadley[/name] [name]Simone[/name] would be pretty combos. Here are some other suggestions.
I love Everleigh [name]Eden[/name], though it may be too much alliteration. In some cases, alliteration really appeals to me and this would me one of those cases. I also really like [name]Elodie[/name] [name]Simone[/name], [name]Violet[/name] [name]Elise[/name], [name]Ayla[/name] [name]Violet[/name], [name]Vivienne[/name] [name]Ayla[/name]. And congrats!!
[name]Elodie[/name] could be changed to:
[name]Ellery[/name]
[name]Emmaleigh[/name]
Elalei
[name]Eleanor[/name]
[name]Eliana[/name]
[name]Ella[/name]
[name]Elisabeth[/name]
[name]Ellie[/name]
[name]Elaine[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] is really pretty. It’s great you both like that name. What are your boy’s names? This would help everyone because we would know we have to suggest names that match there names… If you like [name]Madeline[/name] but it’s too common, think of variations of [name]Madeline[/name]. Something like [name]Aria[/name] [name]Elaina[/name] [name]Madelyn[/name] would be pretty.
My boy name style is polar opposite from my Girl name style! DS #1 is [name]Aiden[/name] (he’s 8, we didn’t realize how popular it would be when we chose it, it wasn’t even on the top 10 list the year prior.) DS #2 is [name]Hale[/name], This baby was going to be [name]West[/name]. For girls I like long pretty names, (hubby seems to prefer s
