I love all of your choices, they’re all gorgeous names. However, both [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] seem too colourful when paired with [name_u]Grey[/name_u]. So, my vote goes to [name_f]Gemma[/name_f].
Hubby picked grey. He is a comic book guy. It’s after the character [name_u]Jean[/name_u] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] of the X-Men 
I also love snow, winter and aurora for middle names.

I didn’t mean I don’t like [name_u]Grey[/name_u] as a MN…I think it’s awesome, actually! I just meant that two colour names could be seen as a little over the top. I sincerely love all three of your choices, but just like [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] best with the middle name [name_u]Grey[/name_u].

Otherwise I’d say [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] is the name of the girl in that [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_u]Green[/name_u] book. I could be wrong but it feels a bit too twee to me for that reason.
I like [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]! I like how [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] brightens up [name_u]Grey[/name_u]. Knowing it’s a [name_u]Jean[/name_u] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] reference also makes the name sound strong rather than cloudy to me. [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] sounds nice too. [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] is far more popular outside the US than inside it, so if you’re in the US, it’ll still sound unique but not be challenging.
