my mom is writing a book for my future children (I’m 16 and nowhere near having kids but I’m an only child and she had me at 48 and is scared she won’t meet her grandkids so she’s writing a book for my kids) the story has a lot of Irish mythology when it comes to fairies (the world it takes place in is Avalon ect.), but has a few human characters. she just needs some names for the fairies, so here I am.
I like the idea of her using some Irish names, since we’re extremely Irish, but she hates most of the spellings so if anyone has an idea of how to spell Saoirse less irish-y that’d be great.
some other names we’ve discussed are:
Iridessa
Fable
Maureen
Sugarplum
any other ideas would be greatly appreciated
How sweet of your mother!
