Instead of Melisandre; French/Middle Eastern Names

So, in response to my previous post (about having too many M names in one story), I’ve decided to at least seek out another option for [name_f]Melisandre[/name_f], since the other three Ms have names that are important to me in some way or fashion. With [name_f]Melisandre[/name_f], it’s simply that I don’t know another name for her.

The book’s set in a fantasy-like setting, though in the future, for those who haven’t seen my previous posts. She is [name_m]French[/name_m], but of Middle-Eastern descent through her mother’s side. She is the oldest of six siblings, who are [name_m]Noori[/name_m], [name_f]Odette[/name_f], [name_f]Pomeline[/name_f], Q (she never goes by her first name), and [name_m]Renard[/name_m].
As for personality, [name_f]Melisandre[/name_f] is mothering and protective of her siblings, but also slightly ditzy and lacks common sense. She trusts too easily, talks to strangers, and fails to see through thinly veiled attempts to ridicule her and her family. She isn’t romantic, but when set up with the town’s worst match by the village matchmaker, she yearns to run away, though she never would. She’s very obedient, no matter how reluctant she may be. She takes what’s given to her and doesn’t complain. An excellent seamstress, also good at weaving, and knotting rope (she lives in a fishing village). She has a weakness for pretty but breakable things.

So, hit me with all of your unique [name_m]French[/name_m] names (Mid-east inspired not a requirement, but a bonus). Thanks in advance!

[name_f]Jade[/name_f] or [name_f]Jada[/name_f] ([name_f]Jade[/name_f] is more [name_m]French[/name_m]-like, but [name_f]Jada[/name_f] has both Arabic and European origins although I think it’s more Spanish than Frnech)

[name_f]Alina[/name_f] (Arabic)
[name_f]Leila[/name_f] (of Arabic origin)

I had an Algerian [name_m]French[/name_m] teacher named [name_f]Soraya[/name_f], a Persian name derived from the Arabic name “Thurayya” which refers to the Pleiades. [name_f]Soraya[/name_f] became popular in Spanish and [name_m]French[/name_m] usage because [name_f]Princess[/name_f] [name_f]Soraya[/name_f] was the wife of the last Shah of Iran.
