Interesting Feminisation

I went through my fathers family tree and came across the name
Frederike [name]Jakobine[/name].
She was named in Germany in the early-mid 19th century.

Thought I’d share the discovery with you berries since both names are interesting choices of feminisations that might come in handy as ways to honor Fredricks or Jakobs in the future. Both are names we don’t really discuss often.

Frederike I like, could be a great middle, not so keen on [name]Jakobine[/name].

lol. Me neither. It sounds considerably better in [name]German[/name] than in English. But I still found it surprising among the [name]Christine[/name]'s, [name]Pauline[/name]'s, [name]Maria[/name]'s and [name]Louise[/name]'s.
