Intimidating, dark, royal girls' names with nicknames?

I am working on a spinoff type thing of the Mortal Instruments. The main characters name is [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] Rosangelica Herondale, but was adopted as [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Esther[/name_f] Morgenstern. She has two alternate personalities based off of her blood: demon blood and angel blood. For her angel side, she has golden eyes and is named Aurella. However, at one long point her demon blood is stimulated and she discovers her demonic personality. She rules over an army as an emotionless, cynical, and cruel ruler. I would like a name that is demonic/biblical and hopefully Hebrew or English, that is unisex or female, that has an intimidating short nickname that also has some sort of biblical or dark meaning. [name_m]Calixte[/name_m] - [name_u]Cal[/name_u] is kinda what I want, but I was hoping for better. _•Any ideas? [name_f]Edit[/name_f]: The long version and possibly the short version should be elegant and commanding, and demand respect.

[name_f]Talitha[/name_f]: [name_u]Tally[/name_u], [name_u]Tal[/name_u]
Zemira: [name_f]Mira[/name_f], [name_f]Miri[/name_f]
[name_f]Acantha[/name_f]: [name_f]Annie[/name_f]
[name_f]Desdemona[/name_f]: [name_m]Des[/name_m], [name_f]Mona[/name_f]
[name_f]Drusilla[/name_f]: [name_u]Dru[/name_u]

While they aren’t all biblical names, the others are ancient [name_m]Roman[/name_m] or Greek. I hope these help!

This list might appeal: Gothic Victoriana - British Baby Names

[name_f]Galilee[/name_f] - [name_u]Gal[/name_u], [name_f]Lil[/name_f], Lilee
[name_f]Magdelene[/name_f] - [name_f]Mag[/name_f]
[name_f]Salome[/name_f] - [name_u]Sal[/name_u]
[name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] - [name_u]Tab[/name_u], [name_f]Tabby[/name_f]
[name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] - [name_u]Tal[/name_u], [name_u]Tally[/name_u], [name_f]Lula[/name_f]

[name_f]Nyx[/name_f] - the Greek goddess of night, this doesn’t need a nn
Aetheria -[name_f]Thea[/name_f]
[name_f]Eris[/name_f] - Greek goddess of discord (you could look up some other “dark” goddesses)
[name_f]Elena[/name_f]/[name_f]Olena[/name_f] - [name_f]Lena[/name_f]
[name_f]Ravenna[/name_f] - [name_f]Ena[/name_f]
[name_f]Octavia[/name_f] - [name_f]Tavy[/name_f], [name_m]Tav[/name_m]
[name_f]Iris[/name_f]
[name_f]Aisa[/name_f]

Sorry some of these don’t have a nickname but you can come up with one if you really need it. Good luck!

[name_f]Atara[/name_f]- [name_f]Tara[/name_f]
[name_f]Azuba[/name_f]- Zuba or [name_u]Aza[/name_u]
[name_f]Delilah[/name_f]- [name_u]Del[/name_u] or [name_f]Lila[/name_f] or [name_f]Delia[/name_f]
[name_f]Hepzibah[/name_f]- Ziba
[name_f]Keturah[/name_f]- Ket
[name_f]Keziah[/name_f]- [name_u]Zia[/name_u]
[name_f]Penina[/name_f]- [name_m]Penn[/name_m] or [name_f]Nina[/name_f]
[name_f]Zilla[/name_f]- Zil or just [name_f]Zilla[/name_f]

Sounds interesting and unique! I like the idea of trying to create more of a spin-off than a ‘pure’ fan-fiction (not entirely sure what that means, but… more original and plot based I guess)

Suggestions:
[name_f]Jezebel[/name_f] - [name_u]Bell[/name_u]/[name_f]Bella[/name_f]: Hebrew meaning “where is the prince?” - a question used in ceremonies. Quite fitting for a demonic descendant!
[name_f]Kali[/name_f]: Hindi - [name_f]Goddess[/name_f], symbol of destruction.
[name_u]Carman[/name_u]: Celtic goddess of evil magic
[name_f]Mara[/name_f]: “bitter” in Hebrew. Also a demon in Buddhism and a wraith in Scandinavian folklore.

[name_f]Lilith[/name_f] - the first wife of [name_m]Adam[/name_m], also considered to be the first demon, after being punished and vanished by God for refusing to obey [name_m]Adam[/name_m]
Belladonna - a poisonous plant, the name means beautiful lady
Noire - means black
[name_f]Samara[/name_f] - I will always relate this to that dead girl from the ring
[name_f]Morgana[/name_f] - powerful evil sorceress from the arthurian legend
Nimua - same as above, though not as known
Shabina - means eye of the storm
[name_u]Raven[/name_u] - doesn’t really need a backstory or a meaning
[name_f]Layla[/name_f] - means night, or dark beauty

I vote for:
[name_f]Persephone[/name_f] “[name_u]Percy[/name_u]”

I second:
[name_f]Nyx[/name_f], [name_u]Carman[/name_u] ([name_u]Carmen[/name_u]), [name_f]Maura[/name_f]-[name_f]Mara[/name_f], [name_f]Layla[/name_f]

The first one that came to mind for me was [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f]- [name_f]Gwen[/name_f]/Guin or [name_f]Vera[/name_f] for short.

Greek myth names
Hecate- goddess of magic, witchcraft, night, moon, ghosts, necromancy, etc. Could be “[name_f]Cate[/name_f]”?
Atropos- “the inevitable,” the mythical fate who cut the thread of life. Also, Clotho “the spinner” and Lachesis “the apportioner”
Tisiphone- [name_f]Tess[/name_f]?: One of the Furies/Erinyes, “Murder Retruition”
Megaera- [name_f]Meg[/name_f]: One of the Furies, most people will think of Disney’s [name_m]Hercules[/name_m], not the goddess.
Alekto- One of the furies
[name_f]Persephone[/name_f]- [name_f]Queen[/name_f] of the Underworld, maybe [name_u]Percy[/name_u]?
[name_f]Eris[/name_f]- personification of strife
[name_f]Lyssa[/name_f]- personification of rage; you could use this as a nickname for something else, perhaps [name_f]Lysistrata[/name_f]?
[name_f]Pandora[/name_f]
Bellona- [name_f]Bella[/name_f]/[name_f]Lona[/name_f], [name_m]Roman[/name_m] personification of war
Empusa-[name_f]Emma[/name_f], equivalents of vampires/succubi
Melinoe-[name_u]Mel[/name_u]; underworld goddess, probably another name for Hecate

[name_f]Morrigan[/name_f]- Irish goddess of war and death; could be [name_f]Mora[/name_f]?
[name_f]Dolores[/name_f]- [name_f]Lola[/name_f]
[name_f]Lilith[/name_f]- [name_f]Lil[/name_f], [name_f]Lily[/name_f]
[name_f]Theodora[/name_f]- [name_u]Theo[/name_u] (or [name_f]Dora[/name_f], but…)
[name_f]Carmilla[/name_f]- [name_f]Milla[/name_f]? (Old vampire novel, now a webseries; only do this if you want Sapphic Undertones, because that’s what she’s known for.)
