Taking off on the [name]Bernard[/name] thread…thoughts on the feminine forms? (Also, does anyone know why they dropped the second R?)
NNOOOOO!!! Sorry. There was a [name]Bernadette[/name] on an episode of NCIS who was having drug withdrawls and was crazy! Her brother died afer taking a bunch of drugs. So at the end of the episode, in the autopsy room, she is sucking the drugs out of her brothers body. Disgusting and crazy! So the name has bad memories for me. I also think it sounds extremely dated and countryish- like a cows name.
[name]Bernardine[/name] is not particularly pretty, but I love [name]Bernadette[/name]!
I really like [name]Bernadette[/name]! I actually went to school with two Bernadettes, and I think it’s a great name (plus, I love [name]Bernadette[/name] Peters).
