As the title says, wondering if [name_u]Nova[/name_u] is too trendy and popular?
First fell in love with it as a girl’s name a decade ago, but since then it seems to have exploded in popularity which is putting me off.
How common is it where you’re from? I’m in NZ and know of maybe 3-4 Nova’s under the age of 6 years alone
where I’m from the name [name_u]Nova[/name_u] is pretty much non-existent, so I wouldn’t say it’s to popular, but if you know three or four, then I would say its to popular
I agree. I have personally never seen it used, but it sounds like it is pretty popular in your area.
Off the top of my head, I can only think of one little [name_u]Nova[/name_u]. She goes by [name_u]Nova[/name_u], but her name is [name_f]Novalee[/name_f]. I’m in the US, it may be popular in other areas but doesn’t seem to be where I am!
It depends on how much you love it. If it is a trendy name but you love it, I don’t think it matters
I’ve never met a [name_u]Nova[/name_u], but I know it’s in the top 100 in NZ if I remember correctly. Still, [name_u]Nova[/name_u] is pretty magical and sparky!
You might like [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] ‘Nola’ (or just Nola), [name_f]Clover[/name_f], [name_f]Naia[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Suvi[/name_f]
I’ve never met a [name_u]Nova[/name_u]. I do think it’s a bit trendy, but it’s really cool and I like it!
