Is Rosie enough?

hi, i’m back again for some more wonderful advice!

recently i asked for some help changing my name and one of my choices was Rosenwyn with the nickname [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] (meaning i’d mainly go by [name_f]Rosie[/name_f])

my holdup is that maybe [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] isn’t enough of a name? i’m fairly young but would still like some sophistication and i don’t know if [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] is just too cutesy? what do you think? i can see a cute little girl [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] and a sweet old woman [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] but i can’t see any of the middle parts? [name_f]Sen[/name_f], [name_u]Zen[/name_u], and [name_f]Sena[/name_f] may be other usable nicknames - wdyt of these?

another option was [name_u]Ruby[/name_u], which feels in between the cuteness of [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] and the edgy-ness of [name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] (my other name choice, still not sure about this one) but i just don’t know

sorry for the rambling, i do really appreciate any advice!

I think [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] works just fine as a name. I’ve known of quite a few adult women with the name.

Also, because it’s a nickname and not the birth certificate, if you do decide that it’s too cutesy, you could use the full name to fall back on.

Everything PP said.

A blogger I follow has a daughter named [name_f]Rosie[/name_f], just [name_f]Rosie[/name_f]. I think it’s perfectly fine in the middle parts of life

I think [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] works. Like pps, I’ve known a couple of Rosies of different ages and it’s worked fine

I think [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] works but I also think [name_f]Rosy[/name_f] looks more standalone name.
