Is Valentine usable?

During my revamp process, I’ve been thinking of moving [name]Valentine[/name] to a first name position. However, I don’t know if it’s usable realistically in this day and age (in the UK, where I live, but I’d be curious as to what people from other countries think too). My preference is the [name]VAL[/name]-en-tyne pronunciation, as in [name]Valentine[/name]'s [name]Day[/name]. I like [name]Valentin[/name] and [name]Valentino[/name], but not enough to use them.

What do you think? Is [name]Valentine[/name] at all wearable? If not, why not?

I think it’s usable here in [name]London[/name], and it’s a lovely name. I know a [name]Valentina[/name] and a [name]Valentin[/name] (I prefer this to [name]Valentine[/name]).

As much as I like [name]Valentin[/name], I can’t go over the fact that it sounds like a Mafia boss name! Perhaps appropriate for my Italian heritage haha, but I just have an urge to say it in that typical Italian gangster accent every time I see it.

Haha, for me it is very russian (russian heritage here…). [name]Valentine[/name] is gorgeous though, I like it.

It just reminds me of [name]Valentine[/name]'s [name]Day[/name], which is a common holiday in [name]America[/name], not sure if it is in [name]England[/name]. I’m not a fan of holiday names since I see teasing potential among kids.

Lol. Yes we have [name]Valentine[/name]'s [name]Day[/name].

I like [name]Valentine[/name]. I think it’d work here, especially in a place as multicultural as [name]London[/name].

Sweet little name. It seems kind of sassy and it would most definitely be unique!

[name]Valentin[/name] (with the -teen ending) is a currect crush of mine. As a first name, I’m not really a fan of [name]Valentine[/name] the way you prefer to pronounce it, but I strangely do love it as a middle name. Looking at your signature, [name]Felix[/name] [name]Noah[/name] [name]Valentine[/name] is fantastic, and definitely my favorite of your boys’ combos.

I like [name]Valentin[/name]. I even like the nickname [name]Val[/name].

[name]Valentine[/name] is cool. It’s kinda soft, but I don’t mind soft names. Also, it makes me think of a certain fictional character in a movie that will be coming out next year, who happens to be kind of a villain. Although, that will probably make the name more appealing for moms-to-be, considering who’s playing him.
