Issues with Baby Name DNA?

Not sure if this is the right forum for this question, but I didn’t see anywhere else it could go.

Anyways, has anyone else run into problems where Baby Name DNA stops giving you name recommendations? When I click on it, it just shows the five moving colored bars like it’s loading. But then nothing ever ends up loading (I once left it open for a 10-hour stretch, and still nada).

I’ve also tried signing out and then back in, clearing my cache and browser history, and still no luck. I’d love to get more name suggestions, but I don’t want to write over my current list of the names I favorited.

I know it used to be possible to have more than one profile in an account, but I don’t see that any more. Anyone know what happened to it, or what my options are to fix this glitch of recommendations never loading?

I think the All About Nameberry category would be a good fit for this type of questions.

It seems to be working fine for me.

I’ve been having issues with [name_u]Baby[/name_u] Name DNA as well. It’s definitely worse on my computer, it won’t load recommendations at all, but is still very slow on my phone, it’s taking several minutes to load a recommendation list each time, and very often refuses to do so at all.

I’m still having problems with baby name DNA, I can’t get it to load recommendations at all anymore, neither on my computer, nor on my phone.

Same here. I haven’t heard any update yet, either. I’ve sort of just given up on it. :woman_shrugging:
