I want something unique but not too strange. I’m looking outside the top 100 if possible. Here are some names we kinda like:

I definitely don’t think any of those names fall in the category of strange; in fact, I have met at least two people with each of those names, excluding [name_m]Damon[/name_m] and [name_u]Jameson[/name_u]. However, I live in the interior of the US which could skew those anecdotal popularity results, depending on where you live.
[name_m]Asher[/name_m], [name_m]Brody[/name_m], [name_m]Gavin[/name_m], [name_m]Landon[/name_m] and [name_u]Bradley[/name_u] don’t appeal to me and don’t feel particularly inspired. I also see [name_m]Asher[/name_m] becoming a more and more popular name.
[name_u]Spencer[/name_u] and [name_u]Jameson[/name_u] I like and feel that they fit your requirements, although personally I am not hugely drawn to either.
My favorite name on your list is [name_m]Damon[/name_m]. I think it is interesting and unusual, but without being strange or difficult to pronounce. I also think the combination [name_m]Damon[/name_m] [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] is very cute, so it gets my vote!
I would also vote for [name_m]Damon[/name_m] [name_m]Elijah[/name_m].
Although I live in Aus, I very rarely meet anyone called [name_m]Damon[/name_m], so the names feels uncommon to me. Aside from that, [name_m]Damon[/name_m] [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] is a very handsome, unexpected combo and has a very pleasant sound.
[name_u]Jameson[/name_u] [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] gets my vote. It’s a nice name, not too common, but masculine and handsome.
[name_u]Jameson[/name_u] [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] is lovely. Maybe:
