We found out we are having a boy! We are so excited but stumped on names. Middle name has to be [name_m]Jack[/name_m] after my husband to follow a family tradition. Favorites so far are:
[name_m]Bennett[/name_m] is our favorite but not sure if we are okay with the initials BJ. What do you think?
Sisters name is [name_u]Madison[/name_u], and this baby would have been named [name_f]Emily[/name_f] if he was a girl! Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
My favorites are [name_m]Bennett[/name_m] and [name_u]Carter[/name_u]. My mom’s initials are BJ. Her whole family calls her BJ. It’s never been a problem. I would avoid [name_u]Jameson[/name_u]/[name_m]Anderson[/name_m] with [name_u]Madison[/name_u], just 'cause. [name_m]Caiden[/name_m] is a little trendy, but not horrible. I just can’t imagine an old man named [name_m]Caiden[/name_m].
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you like [name_u]Calder[/name_u]?
[name_m]Cabot[/name_m] [name_m]Jack[/name_m]
[name_u]Spencer[/name_u] [name_m]Jack[/name_m]
[name_m]Talbot[/name_m] [name_m]Jack[/name_m]
[name_m]Dashiell[/name_m] [name_m]Jack[/name_m]
my niece (obsessed with One Direction and all things British) would suggest Union [name_m]Jack[/name_m]…but that’s a bit much.
My cousin is [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]…who goes by BJ. I don’t think it is an issue.
I also love the name [name_m]Bennett[/name_m], and think [name_m]Bennett[/name_m] [name_m]Jack[/name_m] is great!
My next favorite of your choices is [name_m]Caiden[/name_m], however I prefer the [name_m]Kaden[/name_m] spelling, and think KJ is a cute nick name for little [name_m]Kaden[/name_m] [name_m]Jack[/name_m]…(CJ is cute too!) Also love Caid/[name_u]Kade[/name_u] as NN.
I like [name_m]Bennett[/name_m] [name_m]Jack[/name_m]! Another name you may like is [name_m]Evander[/name_m], since you like [name_m]Anderson[/name_m]. But that would prevent two -son names in the sibset.
Why would [name_m]Bennett[/name_m] [name_m]Jack[/name_m] need to go by BJ? Can’t he be called just [name_m]Ben[/name_m]? [name_m]Bennett[/name_m] is the classiest choice on your list. I would avoid another name ending in “n” as they’re too matchy with [name_u]Madison[/name_u].
Your daughter’s name, [name_u]Madison[/name_u], was #9 last year; #9 for the boys was [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] which I think could go with [name_m]Jack[/name_m]. [name_m]Zander[/name_m] [name_m]Jack[/name_m] works well too if you don’t like the full name.
[name_m]Bennett[/name_m] [name_m]Jack[/name_m] is my favorite My next fave with [name_m]Jack[/name_m] is [name_u]Carter[/name_u]. I adore [name_m]Anderson[/name_m], but I don’t feel it flows as well.
