Jack August doesn't flow very well does it?

I really like it, but [name]Jack[/name] seems to blend into [name]August[/name] too much…

My second choice was [name]Augustus[/name] [name]Jack[/name] if that helps.

I like [name]Jack[/name] [name]August[/name]. I think it’s handsome and dashing but still really wearable for a modern kid. Who cares if it flows perfectly if you love it?

I love [name]Jack[/name] [name]August[/name]. I say you should use it!

Agreed! I have to have 10 characters apparently to post. WTH?

I don’t think it blends in at all. It actually sounds a bit choppy to me. I think [name]Jack[/name] is sort of a choppy name because it has a blunt consonant at the ending. It’s my favorite name ever, so I think you should definitely use it. I think [name]Jack[/name] [name]August[/name] is just fine.

I think they flow together just fine. I personally would prefer it the other way around though… [name]August[/name] [name]Jack[/name] (or [name]Augustus[/name] [name]Jack[/name]), for several reasons. I think that flows even better. I think [name]August[/name] (and [name]Augustus[/name]) is a stellar FN, and [name]Jack[/name] is a little blah for my taste. And the initials AJ make up a potentially really great nickname.

I think [name]Jack[/name] [name]August[/name] works perfectly well! [name]Augustus[/name] [name]Jack[/name] could work as well if you really don’t like it or maybe even [name]Augustine[/name] [name]Jack[/name]?

[name]Bree[/name]

[name]Jack[/name] [name]August[/name] is fine. Once you put a lastname on it I think it will sound great.

I automatically pause in between names, so I don’t find that they run together at all. I love both names!

My son’s name is [name]August[/name] [name]John[/name]—we call him Auggie and I love his name! I think [name]Jack[/name] [name]August[/name] is lovely as well.

[name]Jack[/name] [name]August[/name] is perfectly fine

It sounds fine to me. [name]Jack[/name] [name]August[/name] [name]Cole[/name] has been on my top 5 for over a year now. I agree, it sounds less abrupt with a surname attached.
