Which do you prefer?
I prefer [name_f]Jasmin[/name_f].
[name_f]Jasmin[/name_f] sounds better to me
I love [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f]! But only with the E on the end.
Definitely [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f] (this spelling). I dislike both others
[name_m]How[/name_m] do you pronounce [name_f]Yasmin[/name_f]? I instinctively say “Yaz-meen”. I think that’s very pretty. If you pronounce it like [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f] with a Y – “yaz-min” then I prefer [name_f]Jasmin[/name_f] (also prefer [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f] spelling).
I’d prefer [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f] spelled this way but in this case, i prefer [name_f]Yasmin[/name_f]
[name_f]Jasmin[/name_f] but spelt [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f]
Depends on what way you pronounce them. [name_f]Yasmin[/name_f] pronounced yass-meen is one of my favourite Arabic/Persian girl’s names. I don’t really care for the Anglicised YAZ-min pronunciation though.
[name_f]Jasmin[/name_f] is nice, though I do prefer the [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f] spelling.
I prefer [name_f]Yasmin[/name_f]. [name_f]Jasmin[/name_f] feels too common me, while [name_f]Yasmin[/name_f] is familiar but still has a flare of the exotic.
I love [name_f]Yasmin[/name_f], very pretty and not extremely common like [name_f]Jasmin[/name_f] is.
This is kind of tricky, I go back and forth, but I think right now I’d say [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f] (I too would prefer it with the e on the end.)
I was in school with a [name_f]Yasmin[/name_f] so maybe that sways my choice a little.
Totally [name_f]Jasmin[/name_f]!!
Why not [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f]?
I personally only like that spelling.
Between [name_f]Jasmin[/name_f] and [name_f]Yasmin[/name_f], I prefer [name_f]Yasmin[/name_f]. However, [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f] is definitely my favorite.
Both are lovely but I would choose [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f]/[name_f]Jasmin[/name_f] if my family didn’t have Middle Eastern heritage as I think many would assume as much upon meeting a [name_f]Yasmin[/name_f]. I’m sure it could work otherwise but the only [name_f]Yasmin[/name_f] I know is from the Middle [name_f]East[/name_f] so that is what comes to mind.
