Between the two, definitely [name]Jedidiah[/name]. [name]Jebediah[/name] sounds sort of… flubbery (?) to me.
While my ears are more used to [name]Jebediah[/name], I prefer [name]Jedidiah[/name]. I just like how [name]Jedidiah[/name] feels, where it lands when I say it (further up and back on the tongue than [name]Jebediah[/name].) It sounds a little more mysterious and delicate to me. Also [name]Jed[/name] is way cooler than [name]Jeb[/name] [name]IMO[/name].
I votef for [name]Jedidiah[/name]. [name]Jebediah[/name] sounds really clumsy in a way, it seems like everything kinda clashes together.
They’re both neck and neck but I voted for [name]Jebediah[/name] based on the entirety of the name. If it came down to nicknames however I’d go with Jedidah, mainly because [name]Jed[/name] sounds cooler (and also because f-word related phrases in polish begin with “jeb”, but if you’re not polish that shouldn’t be too much of a concern :))
