Jeffertine/Geoffertine

Thoughts on that name? Lol it’s supposed to be a female version of Jeffrey/Geoffrey?

Personally, really dislike it! Not to be rude, though! If I did see a character with that name I’d have a hard time liking them!

I think [name_m]Jeffry[/name_m] would work better on a girl.

The feminine form of [name_m]Godfrey[/name_m] (Geoffrey) is Gytha.

[name_m]Jefferson[/name_m] of course is a surname, so you could go the way of the Addisons and change [name_m]Jefferson[/name_m] to something like Jeffersyn.

I think it’s cool for a character. However, it definitely sounds very formal and old-fashioned – I imagine an older wealthy woman who lives on a manor somewhere in the late 1880s. I can’t picture it on a teenager or a relatable modern-day person.
