Jennifer is okay, not heard too often these days
I love [name_f]Jennifer[/name_f]! I’ve contemplated having it on my own list again it’s very sweet and would be refreshing to hear on a little one, imo.
Kinda dated. Like it, though! [name_f]Jenna[/name_f] is another good option.
I’m still quite bored with it :/.
Sure it’s a bit dated, but I think it’s really pretty!
I find it kinda plain and dated as it’s fairly recently fallen out of popularity after being über popular for a few decades. I like [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f] more, personally.
That said, I feel like downtrending/dated names can be cute and unexpected on kids, and by the time they grow up they may seem quiant and rare and on trend again, so if you love it definitely don’t let dated-ness stop you.
Jennifer is very dated to me.
It’s extremely overused. Very pretty and classic, but I feel like I need a break from meeting women with this name.
I find it too bland and dated. It’s my mom’s name and she’s never liked it. She usually goes by [name_f]Jenny[/name_f].
It’s quite bland, not common just a bit boring. I don’t the -fer ending in an American accent either. I prefer [name_f]Ginevra[/name_f], which I named my daughter. I think if more parents used [name_f]Jennifer[/name_f], it might sound better and more refreshing, I don’t quite know.
I know a few adults with this name but no kids. [name_f]Jennifer[/name_f]’s Body is my first thought.
I like it. For a child it feels fresh to me.
Feels dated at this point. Definitely very nineties but not in a cool way at this point…
Jennifer is lovely. I have a granddaughter with this name. It really suits her. She is a young teenager now. By the way her name is [name_f]Jennifer[/name_f] NOT [name_f]Jenny[/name_f] or [name_f]Jen[/name_f] [name_f]Jen[/name_f].
Jennifer is lovely, and I love the nickname [name_f]Jen[/name_f] (as well as [name_f]Jenny[/name_f]). I have a strong negative association due to a J3nna, so I prefer names like [name_f]Ginnifer[/name_f], [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], and [name_f]Ginevra[/name_f] (nn [name_f]Ginny[/name_f]), but there’s absolutely nothing wrong with [name_f]Jennifer[/name_f] imo. It was very popular a few decades ago but these days I don’t see it used much. It doesn’t quite feel vintage yet, but it’s familiar and well-used.
Jennifer is very dated to me. Sorry.
It’s sweet, but very dated. [name_f]Jenna[/name_f] is a nice alternative, though!
Jennifer, [name_f]Jenn[/name_f], and [name_f]Jenna[/name_f] are nice names but I know a ton of [name_f]Jennifer[/name_f]’s and they’re all around 30 right now. Nothing wrong with it! It just kinda reminds me of [name_f]Kristen[/name_f] and how many [name_f]Kristen[/name_f], [name_f]Christina[/name_f], and [name_f]Crystal[/name_f]’s are out there.
Oh, there were and are so many. It is a beautiful name (my best friend growing up’s name), but these days I go for [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f], [name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f], Glenavon, [name_f]Geneva[/name_f], Gwyeira, [name_f]Jessamine[/name_f] instead.
